Today didn’t go as planned but we made plans on the run and had a wonderful day as a family. (minus Michael who is enjoying Especially For Youth at BYU) Our Pass of All Passes saved us with several “free” Activites.
st Stop- Visiting Mamaw, my grandma. We love her SOOOO much! We had a wonderful visit. Jaimee gave her the longest hug. It was so precious! Jaimee has a very special love for older women in general that is amazing.
nd Stop BYU Creamery – a quick ice cream cone or BYU doughnut. Sadly the plan was to spend the day at the 7 Peaks Water Park but it so TOO CROWDED! The lines for the water slides went to the bottom of the stairs so we cancelled those plans and then made plans on the run.
rd Stop- Retail Therapy – Deseret Book, Burlington Coat Factory and University Mall
th Stop- Orem Trafalga – the boys had a great time on the go carts. A sweet lady gave the kids some coins so they enjoyed playing some games. The 4-D movies were a lot of fun. Passes include Trafalga !
th Stop – American Fork movie Theater- “Epic” – We NEVER buy treats at the theater but since it was a holiday we splurged and for $11.00 the kids each had their own snack pack. The movie was wonderful. Love that this is now part of the Pass!
th Stop – Target for More Shopping – We bought a couple packs of $1 sparklers.
th Stop – Home for Late Spaghetti dinner and some sparklers. I make a delicious spaghetti sauce!
th Stop – Top of the Mountain for Firework watching of the whole valley. The road up and down a bit steep and very rough but we made it. BEAUTIFUL! Nothing like watching the fireworks from above.
th Stop- Back home for more sparklers then scriptures, family prayer and finally bed! Everyone was happy!
